Customer-remorse returns: Request within 30 days after delivery. The knife must be unused,
uncarried, unsharpened, unmodified, complete, and in its original packaging. Customer or Partner
pays return shipping; original shipping is not credited. Partner refunds its customer. After inspection,
Uppercut credits Partner the $30 unit cost for an approved, resellable return; no restocking fee applies.
Used, damaged, modified, incomplete, late, or unauthorized returns may receive partial or no credit.
Wrong item, arrival defect, or transit damage: Report within seven days after delivery, with photos
when reasonably available. Uppercut covers reasonable return and replacement shipping and will
replace the item or credit Partner.
Warranty after the return window: The remedy for an approved claim is repair or replacement, not a
retail refund. The customer may contact warranty@uppercuttactical.com directly with the Partner
receipt or order number. Customer pays inbound shipping; Uppercut pays return shipping for an
approved claim. For a covered defect reported within 30 days after delivery, Uppercut pays shipping
both ways.
